Over at From Screen to Scrap they have a challenge where they choose a movie poster and then you create a LO based on the poster and a few additional criteria. This month's poster is "The Queen" and the extra criteria is a cut out picture, two word title, and some pearls/rhinestones.
When you look at my page you won't see pearls or rhinestones. In my head I translated pearls/rhinestones into bling, so when I did my LO I added some glitter (secondary translation from bling) thinking bling, not pearls and rhinestones. Oops! But I have the two word title and an extracted photo.
After I extracted the photo I thought it might be cool to tilt it and give the impression that he was pushing the players backwards. I think it worked out well, don't you?
As you can see my subject didn't inspire the use of bling, but when I looked at the yard marker I thought, why not...lol. So I used a glitter action to make it all sparkily goodness...heehee.

There's still time to join in the fun over at FS2S. Until next time...Happy Scrappin'!
Wow, not what I expected when I picked this poster. I love sport pages and I do think tilting the photo added to the sense of movement very well. Great choice. No harm, no foul with the pearls/bling mix up I reckon.
